Terms of service

These terms cover Nagnaut, the task service at nagnaut.com, its connector and its apps, operated by Capsule One B.V., Netherlands ("we"). You accept them by ticking the box when you sign in.

What the service is

Nagnaut keeps your household's tasks and reminds you about them: in Telegram, in the app, by email, and through an AI assistant you connect.

Your account and household

Sign-in is by email. You are responsible for what happens through apps and assistants connected to your account. You must be at least 18. One person, one account.

Everyone in a household sees the household's tasks, notes and map. Only invite people you are happy to share them with.

Free use and membership

The connector, the web map up to a task limit and one daily Telegram message are free. The app and the features that use an AI model need a membership, which covers one household. New members get a trial of the full product.

Memberships bought in the app are billed by Apple and renew until you cancel in your Apple account. Apple's terms cover payment and refunds. We tell you in advance before a price changes.

Reminders are a help, not a guarantee

We aim to remind you on time, but messages can arrive late or not at all. Do not rely on Nagnaut for anything where a missed reminder could cause harm, such as medication, safety or legal deadlines. AI models can misread a message; check what was saved.

Fair use

Use the service for your own and your household's tasks. Do not resell access, probe or overload the service, or use it to break the law or someone else's terms. We may rate-limit or close accounts that do.

Your content

Your tasks and notes stay yours. You give us permission to store them and show them to your household, and to send them to the providers in the privacy policy to run the service. We do not publish or sell them.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as-is, without warranty. We aim for it to be up but promise no uptime. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any loss arising from the service is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the loss. Nothing here limits liability for intent or gross negligence, or any right you have under mandatory consumer law.

Ending things

You can stop at any time; email us to delete the account. We can suspend or end accounts that break these terms, and can discontinue the service with reasonable notice.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date at the top changes and material changes are announced before they take effect. Dutch law applies; disputes go to the courts of the Netherlands.
